I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.

All prices listed on this site are starting prices--complex character designs, backgrounds, stylistic choices, etc may incur small upcharges, and super simple pieces may be discounted. I will always be transparent about this, and every price is open to negotiation.

I primarily use the PayPal invoice function, but other payment methods (Ko-fi, Venmo, and CashApp) are alright if you don't have a PayPal account.

Tipping is not required but deeply appreciated. PayPal invoices incur small fees on all transactions so I will always make slightly less money than what you are charged and I cannot include that fee in the cost of a piece.

Work on a commissioned piece of art will not start without payment. You can split payment however you'd like -- I am 100% okay with taking half up front and half later.

Please either wait until I ask you to send payment or allow me to send you an invoice.

If you need your piece(s) finished by a certain date, you need to let me know before payment is received and work begins.

I keep open communication with clients to ensure they get what they want, and send work-in-progress shots as I work. However, any large revisions after the sketch stage will incur a $15 minimum fee.

You are free to use and display my art on your websites, social media profiles, etc. with credit. Just mention my username (Shepfax)!

No commercial reuse is allowed without prior consent. You may make personal prints and edits of any pieces you get, but you may not sell them for a profit without contacting me.

Artwork designed for commercial use will be priced at twice its standard value.

No images commissioned from me are permitted to be minted as non-fungible tokens (NFTs).
